Tacx i magic fortius turbo trainer. Complete with steeter attachment and older laptop. Very light use pretty much unmarked. Infact trainer still has tag on. This is a virtual reality trainer that you can ride preinstalled courses or real life videos..when you go uphill the resistance increases automatically and downhill the motor actually drives you! You can select catalyst screen which displays heart rate cadence speed and power and plots a graph infront of you. You can vary resistance when on this screen from the handlebar control. When in virtual reality or video mode you can use the handlenar control to select course or pause etc.. you can unselect steerer too if you want and just concentrate on power cadence etc. You can also buy an annual licence through tacx to race other riders via the internet anywhere in the world live! This is over 1k worth of kit..when new and it is pretty much still as new! It comes with the relevant software. .you can buy extra dvd's with all the famous tour climbs and stages etc. Any road bike of mtb should fit. The laptop supplied will run the catalyst and virtual reality functions but the graphics arnt up to the real video function. Texts best i cant always have my phone on.
