Rover 25 *for spares* long mot ,many Good new parts in Middlesbrough, Durham for sale

Everything works, car runs and drives and has lots of new parts on it so make a good spares car, but *please* read the full description below as only really suitable for *Spares!* The good - 77k miles, mot till Feb 19. 2keys c/l on key fob and alarm. Nice reg mv02owr. " move owr" Clean and tidy Still in daily use as is my partners car I've Just put lots of new bits on the car for its test February gone *see pics* incl - Two new rear tyres and two new fronts and tracking at a cost of £180+ Rear and middle exhaust section last year, new exhaust flexi on front pipe. New pagid front brake disks and pads , brand new front left lucas caliper. Rear brakes stripped and rebuilt with new pagid brake shoes. Rear right brake pipe and rubber flexi brake hose replaced. Front right rubber brake flexi hose replaced. Cars solid underneath all suspension sills and running gear are spot on. Interior is clean and tidy, non smoker , new fan resistor on blowers. Cambelt condition is fine. Recent service . The bad Typical rover 25 on body, cosmetic surface rust on door corners and front arches . If you know these cars you know about the gasket issues they have. The cylinder head has been done in the past but after doing all the work above the inlet manifold gasket began leaking recently - I've replaced it twice in three months but it continues to leak coolant into one cylinder making the car run lumpy on startup then gets better once its warmed up, this also means it loses coolant over time and its not doing the engine any good ( rough running ) I have a spare gasket to go with car but after changing it twice and renewing coolant and expansion cap only to find it still leaks means I've lost faith a third go will make any difference and starting to wonder if head gaskets failed again as most likely culprit. These bad points means the engines probably ready to give up soon so being honest it'd be best stripping for the new parts I fitted and alloy wheels and tyres and scrapping the engine and shell - such a shame as other than engine problem its a nice looking and driving car.
