Within 15 minute walking distance from town or uni. Clean and tidy house with a back garden/sheds. Quite a plain house however all the necessities are there. Kitchen is fully equipped and pots pans/cutlery available. A sofa and some rocking chairs in the lounge. The room available is clean and cosy. Double bed available I will try to organize some furniture as well however can not guarantee I will have it all ready. You should be clean - tidy sometimes can be an issue during exam time, but do whatever you want in your room as long as there aren't any dead bodies under the piles of stuff. ha ha. Kitchen and living room must be kept reasonably tidy at all times. No getting drunk no drugs or senseless parties; No sleepovers; No boyfriends or girlfriends staying over 24/7. Sometimes things happen, but I have an air bed for that. There's two of us in the house. We are laid back and both Christians, so you should be tolerant towards our beliefs. Both quiet, but outgoing and bubbly. I understand life might be challenging sometimes, so respect towards each other is essential. The bills and contract are in my name so the rent will have to be paid to me monthly.
