Large double room to rent in new build three bedroom house located on Clough Close, Parkside Gardens. The room is furnished with a new double bed and memory foam mattress, triple wardrobe, two chests of draws and bedside cabinets. A TV and HIFI can also be left in the room if desired. The house has a private garden, garage and off street parking for two vehicles. It has Sky TV with all the channels (inc HD and 3D) as well as unlimited broadband and a wifi networked music server / printer. The house has two bathrooms, one of which will be shared between two people. I'm 27 and currently share with another lad who is 20. The house is always kept clean and tidy. We're both sociable and would like to share with someone who is too. We certainly wouldn't expect anyone to stay in their room, although if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself then thats fine too. We treat it as a house share and not as lodgers living in someone else's house. Both of us have friends over every now and again and would be happy for you to invite friends over too. The 350 includes all rent and bills. Non smokers preferred, although your welcome to smoke outside. DSS would be considered, depending on your circumstances.
