Large Double Room To Rent - All Bills Included - Full Sky Package (HD/3D) and Unlimited Broadband in Middlesbrough, Durham for sale

I have a very large, fully furnished double room to rent in a house share close to Middlesbrough town centre / Teesside University. The house is a new build, with off street parking and a garage for storage. Included in the rent is ALL bills, inclusive of Unlimited Broadband and Sky TV (All Channels, including HD, 3D). The room comes with a large double bed, memory foam mattress, triple wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. I am a 28 year old male professional currently sharing with another 28 year old male who works in Middlesbrough. The house is a three storey town house with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the middle floor. The bathroom is shared between two. Its walking distance to the town centre and Teesside University. There are no contracts / minimum terms / bonds etc - I just ask for your rent in advance, one month at a time. The house is really relaxed and a proper house 'share' rather than just renting a room - we'd prefer to share with someone sociable that doesn't spend all of their time hiding in their bedroom and gets involved in the odd BBQ or trip to the local pub. We both have girlfriends that stay over (occasionally) and don't mind if you do the same. I've shared the house for the past foyr years living with both males and females and always got on great, so its open to boys and girls too.
